All eBooks and downloadable digital products sold through our website are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales are considered final.
No Refund Policy
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer:
- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Cancellations
Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Payment deducted but product not delivered
- Incorrect charge caused by a system malfunction
Any eligible refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
